Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns Accepted for 5 Days:

You have 5 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in the original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Conditions for Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Product Mismatch: If the product you received is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.

Manufacturing Defects: If the product has manufacturing defects, you can request a return.

Damaged During Transit: If the product was damaged during transit, you can request a return.

3. Applying for a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide clear pictures of the product, clearly showing the issue.

Include a picture of the invoice or proof of purchase.

4. Customer Provides Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to return items to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. We will promptly update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of receiving the credit depends on your card issuer’s policies.
